Welcome to the Greater Boston Center for Healthy Communities website. Our trained staff provides community health planning, evaluation, and resources to support coalitions and community groups in the Greater Boston area. Using the

most up-to-date prevention research, data, curricula, and tools, the Center works with coalitions to develop plans to improve the health of their community. We assist coalitions in identifying health priorities and designing new initiatives to meet the communities health concerns.
