Community Health Planning
Using the most up-to-date prevention research, data, curricula, and tools, the Center works with
coalitions to develop plans to improve the health of their community. We assist coalitions in identifying health priorities and designing new initiatives to meet their health concerns.
Evaluation
The Center can help develop your evaluation skills to assess the effectiveness of your
coalition and programs. The Center can help you design and conduct a needs and resource assessment as well as process and outcome evaluations. We can also help you design surveys, conduct focus
groups, and analyze health statistics.
Resources
The
resource library has books, evidence-based curricula, health data, educational materials, periodicals, health displays, puppets, and many other creative prevention
resources. Many of these resources are available in various languages and in large print. Assistive equipment is available on-site.
